Marketing Associate

EcoSys seeks a bright, energetic, and creative marketing associate for a full-time position in our Rye Brook, New York Headquarters. This person will be a critical member of the in-house marketing team and will have the opportunity to be involved with all aspects of the marketing program.

    Responsibilities
  • Trade Show/event management including research, event planning & logistics, and pursuit of thought-leadership speaking opportunities
  • Planning & execution of EcoSys hosted events
  • Webcast coordination and promotion
  • Maintain & develop industry association relationships
  • Competitive and Industry research and tracking
  • Media outreach and relationship building
  • Managing of EcoSys technical partnerships
  • Assist with content generation (case studies, whitepapers, news releases, etc.) and website maintenance
  • Assist with digital marketing and email marketing campaigns
  • Assist with evaluation and planning of ongoing marketing activities
  • Active management of the marketing budget and calendar
  • Provide marketing support for sales and partners as needed
  • Ongoing and ad-hoc marketing projects to support the team

    • Requirements

  • 4-year college degree with demonstrated interest in marketing or communications
  • Relevant work experience at an agency, marketing or event company, internal marketing department, or similar
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Experience with B2B technology industry a plus
  • Social Media Savvy a plus
  • Basic HTML a plus
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite a plus
