Javier Sloninsky - Managing Director & CEO
Javier co-founded EcoSys and serves as Managing Director & CEO. He has overall responsibility for strategic direction, business development, and managing a dynamic team of experts who continuously deliver effective best practices with an enterprise perspective. Javier has provided guidance to many of EcoSys' 200+ customers in the areas of performance management, financial management, and enterprise project management.
Christen Bergerud - Executive Vice President
Christen is Co-Founder and Executive Vice President at EcoSys. Christen provides leadership in EcoSys' software and consulting practices, working closely with customers in markets including government, energy and mining, and engineering and construction. He shares responsibility for defining the product direction for EcoSys Enterprise Planning & Controls (EPC) software. Prior to starting EcoSys, when at Eagle Ray and subsequently Primavera Systems, Christen was a designer and developer of the Enterprise Project Management Software suite now known as Oracle Primavera P6. He has a long background as a project portfolio management and cost controls consultant, project manager, and software developer.
Noah Parker - Chief Technology Officer
Noah oversees enterprise technology adoption and methodology at EcoSys. He has architected and implemented enterprise business systems for some of EcoSys' largest clients, and helps distinguish EcoSys' unique offerings by helping EcoSys' clients apply a practical, grounded approach to enterprise software solutions.
Levi Browde - Director of Product Development
Levi oversees the EcoSys EPC (Enterprise Planning & Controls) product strategy and development effort. His perspective on enterprise needs derives from being a designer of Primavera System's enterprise project management platform followed by years at EcoSys addressing the complex challenges of implementing enterprise project and financial management solutions.
Tom Brown - Vice President, Solutions Excellence
Tom is responsible for ensuring the quality of EcoSys customer implementations. His emphasis includes developing scope of work, delivery of quality business requirements, and solution design. Additionally, Tom is charged with applying best practice methodologies for implementations across EcoSys spanning requirements gathering, solution design, data integration and testing. Tom also serves as a subject matter expert and mentor for EcoSys consultants.
Matthew Friedman - Director of Integration Services
Matthew oversees all of EcoSys' integration and technical based services projects. Since becoming a Partner at EcoSys in 2003, Matthew has been engaged in numerous technical implementations at EcoSys. His responsibilities include business development and management of EcoSys' project management and financial management engagements.
Sharon Hardaway - Vice President, Professional Services
Sharon oversees the EcoSys Professional Services organization. Under Sharon's direction, EcoSys' global team of project managers and consultants have successfully delivered enterprise project management and project cost controls implementations for customers worldwide.
