EcoSys Professional Services specializes in providing implementation consulting for the EcoSys Enterprise Projects Performance software platform. EcoSys implementation consultants provide a depth of expertise in the Project Controls, Earned Value Management, Contract Management, and Project Portfolio Management disciplines. Having worked extensively with both the public and private sectors, we apply real-world experience and knowledge when assisting customers in implementing processes and procedures in support of the EcoSys web-based application. Training

EcoSys is designed to provide end users with a high level of control. Users create new reports and dashboards, edit formulas, and build forms – all without custom programming or technical resources. As a result, training is an important part of EcoSys professional services.

Following a client implementation, typically a “train the trainer” approach is utilized although EcoSys consultants can directly train the end users as well. This “orientation” training is delivered at the customer’s site and training manuals are provided. Users benefit from training that is focused on the business processes they will follow in their particular role. Additionally, EcoSys training materials are tailored to conform to the specific processes, business rules, and configuration implemented for the customer.

Separately, configuration training is available via the EcoSys training program consisting of scheduled and on-premise classes with a pre-defined curriculum. Customized Classes to address specific needs and areas of interest are also available.

Support

We provide expert technical and functional support to all customers with an active maintenance contract. Support is available via telephone or email to address any information technology (IT) concerns or questions pertaining to the use and configuration of the software. The EcoSys support team also serves an important product development role; relaying customer feedback that aids with ongoing optimization and enhancements to the software platform.
