Earned Value Management with EcoSys EPC

Earned Value Management (EVM) is a valuable practice for measuring project performance and positively impacts project planning and controls. While different organizations have varying EVM requirements, ranging from basic EV metrics like CPI and SPI to full ANSI 748 compliance for government agencies and contractors, a central issue remains for all: how to effectively integrate cost and schedule data to develop EV reports in a timely and accurate manner.

Using case studies from both the public and private sector, this webcast will showcase EcoSys EPC as an advanced EVM System, allowing project management data including activities, WBS elements, resource and expense assignments, percent complete and estimate to complete to be integrated with cost data in an automated, controlled manner for EVM reporting.
