Construction CPM Conference 2012

EcoSys will be conducting two presentations at the Construction CPM Conference which is taking place at the Walt Disney World Swan Hotel in Orlando, FL.

EcoSys will be presenting case studies from contractors and owners in the oil and gas, utilities and rail sectors to demonstrate how organizations have succeeded at integrating long range planning and fiscal year budgeting with scheduling, budgeting and program controls processes. The single end-to-end process across multiple organizations manages funds, budgets, forecasts, commitments, and earned value--resulting in a secure enterprise database that provides transparency for internal and external stakeholders into long-term and near-term plans and performance.

The first presentation, "Innovations in EVM Systems -- Best Practices for Integrating Cost and Schedule," will take place on Tuesday, January 24, 2012 at 12:45 p.m. EST and will summarize steps organizations are taking to integrate their Scheduling and Cost Management processes and systems to optimize earned value management.

The second presentation, "Introduction to EcoSys EPC," will take place on Tuesday, January 24, 2012 at 1:40 p.m. EST and will provide an overview of the EcoSys web-based, easy-to-use planning and controls software.
