Case Study: Implementing Web-Based Budget Formulation Software at the Department of Defense

EcoSys EPC (Enterprise Planning & Controls) was selected as the budgeting solution for DMA (Defense Media Agency), a federal agency within the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), that would provide budget requirements planning, analysis and decision support services. Now implemented, the web-based solution collects and houses internal budget data and provides DMA with the ability to analyze, group, and "slice and dice" the information - enabling them to fully develop and document the details for the DoD level budget.
