Oracle Validated Integration PrimaveraEcoSys has achieved Oracle Validated Integration with Primavera P6, providing bi-directional, real-time sharing of data. The EcoSys/P6 integration was developed by former lead developers of Primavera and is the most sophisticated and comprehensive P6 integration currently available. Whether integrating schedules, resource plans, progress/percent complete, or synchronizing enterprise coding structures between EcoSys and P6, the P6 integration removes the need for any manual updates and provides project controls the ability to fully leverage established scheduling practices.

SAP Certified Integration with SAP ApplicationsSimilarly, the EcoSys “ERP Adapter,” created by former SAP developers, has been certified for integration with SAP Applications. This flexible integration with SAP supports bi-directional, real-time exchange of expenditures, commitments, invoices, budgets, timesheets and more.

Integration Technology

In concert with EcoSys’ overarching design philosophy of providing users with flexible, configurable, and automated solutions, data can be integrated through a number of methods, typically with no custom software development required.

Direct Integration: Through our years of integrating EcoSys with major enterprise software solutions, we have created a large library of pre-defined integrations using vendors’ native APIs. This approach includes our certified/validated integrations with SAP and Oracle Primavera as well as other industry leading enterprise systems. As a result, data integration with EcoSys is fast and reliable.

Configurable Web Services API: EcoSys contains its own API allowing 3rd party solutions to speak directly to data and business rules. This provides an extraordinary amount of flexibility to accommodate our customers with unique needs from home-built solutions or other custom requirements. Standard industry formats supported include SOAP XML, REST XML, and REST JSON.

Gateway Utility: Gateway automates the sending of data and events to the EcoSys API using web services. It provides a high performance integration option without requiring programming or custom interfaces.

Flat Files: Flat file formats are supported for integration including Excel spreadsheets and delimited text files, as well as XML, HTML, and PDF for output. File transfers can be automated or triggered on-demand.

Our integration technology is designed for organizations that are embracing trends for more interoperability and scalability with their IT architectures, whether for your internal infrastructure, in the cloud, or both. EcoSys’ integration technology also fits in nicely with enterprise service bus and middleware architectures, such as Biztalk, Tibco, or Webmethods.

Integration Functionality and Interface

The EcoSys platform allows administrative users to flexibly map data, so that at long last, accounting/Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) data and be naturally associated with the correct level and line item of the WBS. Define import templates based on the data fields/format provided by 3rd party systems.

Integration rules and data flows are flexible. Integrations can be run as both scheduled batch jobs and on-demand.
