Habits in life are the combination of knowledge, skill and desire. In projects, it is the same: habits are the combination of procedures, training and willingness to do. In this conference I will explain how technology (software) helps to have a successful project as well as the 15 habits which I consider essential to end within the deadline and cost. We will see how the proactive planning methodology, the tendency to close the project, the prioritization of the critical path, the collaborative work, the control and risk methodology and the process of continuous improvement, together help the triumph of the projects.

These habits were collected over 40 years of experience and consulting in the implementation of planning and control methodology for many clients in Oil & Gas, Mining, Beverages, etc.
