EcoSys Technical User Form
Tuesday, June 11: 12:30PM — 3:30PM
This half-day session is meant to bring customers together to network, learn from each other, and discuss the product. The session will be driven by customer participation and involvement, with support from the EcoSys product team. Topics to be covered include enhancement/feature requests and prioritization, EcoSys best practices, and tips & tricks. Come prepared to engage, to share your lessons learned, and to enjoy yourself!
Welcome & Introduction 12:30PM – 1:15PM
In this opening session, we discuss what the TUFs are and what we are collectively looking to accomplish during this time. The TUF chairs will introduce themselves. Additionally, it is an opportunity for all attendees to meet each other and begin to foster an ongoing network of invested EcoSys users.
Enhancement and Feature Requests 1:15PM – 2:15PM
An interactive forum for customers to voice their wishlists and potential enhancements to the EcoSys platform that will deliver value to their day-to-day use of the software. Deliverable of this session will be a prioritized list to return to the EcoSys product team.
Networking Break 2:15PM – 2:30PM
Cross-Customer Best Practices 2:30PM – 3:20PM
“I really love the way we did X.” Customers will present “mini-stories” (either prepared in advance or impromptu in the session) to share aspects of their EcoSys implementations that they are particularly proud of or simply find to be really cool. The intent is to have customers share their own best practices, Tips & Tricks, and expertise on how they get the most of the system.
Closing & Next Steps 3:20PM – 3:30PM
In looking to grow the TUF going forward, we review the value attendees gained from these sessions and address questions such as: recommended changes in format, expansion of the agenda in the future, continuing the dialog outside of HxGN LIVE, and TUF customer leadership.
