Fluor-HDR Global Design Consultants, LLC has selected EcoSys to provide Earned Value Management (EVM) Software, a key tool for the successful performance management of the Eagle Public-Private Partnership (P3) project. Fluor-HDR Global Design Consultants, a joint venture of Fluor Enterprises, Inc. and HDR, is providing architecture, engineering, and consulting services to Denver Transit Partners (DTP) for the project. DTP will design and construct a commuter rail system connecting Denver International Airport to several key locations in the Denver area with an estimated completion date in 2016. During the 15-month design phase of the project, Fluor-HDR will use EcoSys EPC (Enterprise Planning & Controls) to support the tracking and reporting of the earned value of labor and to serve as a repository for both internal and sub-contractor labor hour data.

Public and private transportation organizations utilize EcoSys EPC for Capital Planning, Budget Formulation and Execution, and for managing Project Financials, including Funds Allocations, Cost Management and Earned Value Management.
